Standard turnaround time is 24-48 hours for most items. Same-day service is available for urgent needs with an additional fee. Complex items like wedding dresses, leather goods, or heavily soiled garments may require 2-3 days for optimal results.
Yes! We provide free pickup and delivery within 5 miles of our Jefferson City location. Extended areas are available for a small delivery fee of $5-15. In the rare event of damage, we will discuss repair or replacement options, and our maximum liability is limited to the value of the cleaning service provided. We store cleaned items for 30 days after notifying you that they're ready for pickup. After this period, items may be donated to local charities, or storage fees may apply. We make every effort to contact customers and want to ensure your garments don't go unclaimed.

While we can't guarantee complete removal of all stains, especially those that have set over time, we'll make every effort to improve the appearance of your garments.

Normal shrinkage is expected for some fabrics, especially cotton and wool when washed. We take precautions to minimize shrinkage, but we're not responsible for normal fabric shrinkage that occurs during the cleaning process.
