What are your business hours?

We're open Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and closed on Sundays. We also offer extended hours by appointment for pickup/delivery services.

How quickly can you process my order?

Standard turnaround is 24-48 hours for most items. Same-day service is available for urgent needs (additional fees apply). Complex items like wedding dresses may require 2-3 days.

Do you offer pickup and delivery?

Yes! We provide free pickup and delivery within 5 miles of our Jefferson City location. Extended areas are available for a small fee. Contact us to check your address.

What are your payment options?

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Payment is due upon pickup/delivery of your cleaned items. We also offer account billing for regular customers.

Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

Absolutely! If you're not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 48 hours of pickup. We'll re-clean the item at no charge or provide a full refund.

What if an item is damaged?

We handle your garments with extreme care. In the rare event of damage, we work with you to resolve the matter fairly, including repair or replacement options when applicable.
