Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

  • Your garments were not cleaned to your reasonable expectations
  • There was significant damage during the cleaning process
  • Services were not performed as promised
  • We failed to meet our stated turnaround times without prior notification
  • You were charged incorrectly for services provided

Refund Timeline

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery
  • Provide specific details about the issue
  • Allow us to re-inspect the garment in question
  • Cooperate with our investigation process

We process approved refunds within 3-5 business days.

What We Don't Cover

Refunds are not available for:

  • Pre-existing damage or stains not disclosed before service
  • Color fading in items that were already experiencing color loss
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Shrinkage within normal parameters for the fabric type
  • Items left unclaimed for more than 30 days

Alternative Solutions

Before processing a refund, we may offer alternative solutions such as:

  • Re-cleaning the item at no charge
  • Partial credit for future services
  • Professional repair services when possible
  • Discount on future cleaning services
